Please welcome our new SF instructor Katrina Baccetti!
Katrina was born and raised in San Francisco, California. Katrina has always been passionate about health and fitness. She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Catholic University of America, where she played NCAA Division III volleyball. Katrina is an avid half-marathon runner and yoga practitioner. She enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, and exploring the outdoors. Katrina is constantly challenging herself with new fitness goals. She hopes to encourage and motivate others to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Katrina believes that happiness can be achieved through yoga, healthy habits, and fitness.
1) What are your hobbies?
Spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, and exploring the world.
2) What is the most amazing place you have visited and why?
I absolutely LOVE Italy and Amsterdam, but I recently spent a month in Goa, India and it was incredible. The trip definitely changed my outlook on life and taught me a lot about myself.
3) How do you unwind after a long day?
Do some yoga, relax with my cat puffin, and enjoy a nice dinner.
4) Do you have any favorite places to eat in San Francisco?
Tony’s Pizza in North Beach or pretty much any burrito place in the Mission!
5) What is your favorite aspect of Burn?
The cardio sets! I love feeling the energy rise when everybody is pumped up and working hard.

I have always been passionate about health and fitness. I hope to motivate and inspire others to live happy and healthy lives.
