Week 2 #fallbackonburn

We have officially entered Week 2 of your #fallbackonburn challenge. This week we want you to assess your first week and how you feel currently heading into week 2. What tweaks if any might you need to make to continue on towards your path of reaching your goal? Take some time to reflect on the hard work you have already put in your first week, and take the time to set a small mini goal before each of your workouts to continue to hold yourself accountable and get the most out of every moment.
