For many years now, Burn has been offering Fitness and Pregnancy Seminars for our clients and Fitness Professionals who want to learn how to work with pregnant and postpartum women. In this 2.5 hour seminar, we will explore each trimester (including the 3 months after baby) and talk about program design, anatomy and physiology, and how and when to modify movements.
