As you may know, Lisa Corsello has been developing an at-home version of the Burn workout for some time now. Lisa’s goal was to honor the fast-paced, all-level Burn Method and adapt it for those who can’t make it to the studio. She is beyond excited to announce her new website with On-Demand workouts:
