Introducing Aislinn Renee: Our Newest Burn Instructor.

Aislinn was born in Massachusetts, but considers Maine her home state. She moved to San Francisco in 2006 for school, where she double majored in Political Science and French. Group fitness has been a driving force in Aislinn’s life since she took her first cardio kickboxing class at the age of twelve. There was something so special about the collective energy in the group fitness setting that she could never look at the boring cardio equipment the same again! After overhauling her diet in September 2015 with huge success, she is now a clean eating machine who preps her meals out in advance for the week. Aislinn is a certified Turbo Kick, BODYPUMP and PiYo Instructor at 24 Hour Fitness in San Francisco and she’s so excited to join the Burn family! She firmly believes that you can have fun while working hard and that people won’t stick to their fitness program if it doesn’t make them feel good in the moment. Aislinn’s main goal is for clients to leave her classes saying “That was TOUGH!” with a huge grin on their faces. 🙂

1) What are some of your favorite things to do?
Does working out count?! I love traveling abroad!

2) What is the most amazing place you have visited and why?
So far, Crete. The beaches have a tropical feel, the people are so kind and the food is to die for.

3) How do you unwind after a long day? 
I zone out if front of Netflix or Hulu.

4) Do you have any favorite places to eat in San Francisco? 
Namu Gaji, Contigo, Pesce, Souvla and I could go on.

5) What is your favorite aspect of Burn? 
The small group setting, so I can connect with everyone.

6) Who is your ultimate celebrity crush? 
Ryan Gosling.

7) Lastly, how did you become involved in the fitness industry?
I was a group fitness class member for YEARS. The best instructors were often students first!
