This week is the time to get organized. Schedule your classes, set your early alarms (or two if need be) and commit to accepting the challenge. 20 Burn SF classes in 31 Days. It’s just that simple.






FAQ’s about the Challenge

1. Do I have to do a certain amount of classes each week?

Just 20 classes from October 1st- October 31st. Any way you see fit, and that works with your schedule. When scheduling your classes, be sure to schedule your rest days too as they are just as important to any good fitness program.

2. How do I sign up?

You can sign up by joining the Facebook group #fallbackonburn and get immediate updates, recipes, advice, and tips.

3. What if I don’t have Facebook?

Email rachaelfrank@burnsf.com to be included into the challenge and follow the BurnSF blog for additional guidance throughout the challenge.

4. How will you track my attendance?

Just by emailing, or adding yourself into the #fallbackonburn group you have automatically entered into the challenge and we will handle the rest from there. Just be sure that you sign up for your favorite classes, bring the energy, and we can take care of the rest. Absences from classes and late cancels will not be counted towards overall attendance for the challenge.

5. Is there a nutrition component?

You bet! Sarah Koszyk, M.A. from MV Nutrition is leading a nutrition workshop during each month of the challenge. Sign up now at www.burnsf.com to reserve your space on October 8th at 8PM to learn how you can get prepared to fuel your body and battle the holiday stress over the next three months.

6. What can I win?

This month, EVERYONE who completes their 20 classes will win either a burn tank top or burn long sleeve t-shirt of their choice. One winner from this group will then be randomly selected to win either a FREE 1-on-1 personal training session with the trainer of their choice OR a Burn Class for them and their closest friends with their favorite Burn instructor.

7. I can’t participate this month, are you going to do another challenge soon?

Yes! We start round-2 the first day of November, and then round-3 the first day of December! That means your Burn Team will be leading you all the way into 2015. You can choose to do 1, 2, or ALL 3 Challenges at no additional cost to you. It’s a win-win.
