Dear Burn Community
As we circle out a very contentious week in history and a hard year filled with a spirit of divisiveness and extremes, let’s reflect back on our community at Burn. Remember that exercise and our studios are a safe space for all to use as a time for mental and physical health. Our Burn community is one that is shaped of persons from all different backgrounds, sexual identities and political beliefs, and that’s what is so valued here. We want to make sure that each of our members use their time at Burn to strengthen their overall well-being. As you are aware, exercise is proven to treat anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and much more. We hope that we can come together as a community even more during these uncertain times. We encourage you to chat with your fellow classmates, cheer each other on during a hard set, or send a simple smile as you walk out of the studio. Burn has been and always will be a place to take time for yourself to clear your mind and become stronger.
