When Shape approached us and asked for a fun and challenging workout that could be done anywhere, we thought long and hard about how we could adapt the dynamic moves we do at Burn for at-home use. We took Mat Pilates side series movements and put them against the wall and added planks, push-ups and 2 different types of lunges.
