Meet Kathleen
Kathleen grew up living an active life, playing soccer and attempting to longboard, but it wasn’t until college in New York when she truly realized the positive effects a consistent and dedicated fitness routine could have on her life. Her passion for exercise deepened after spending a year in New Orleans completing her 200-hour yoga training, and eventually expanded beyond yoga to include pilates, weight training, and running (or walking her dog). A San Francisco native, Kathleen is happy to be home in the Bay sharing her excitement for health and wellness. When she’s not teaching, you can find her at the beach, traveling, eating burritos, or studying as she pursues her Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
