Welcome everyone to week 5! Last week we gave you both a dynamic stretch routine and a flow routine to help ease those muscles and unwind a bit. This week we gear up for a big finishing push to the end. In #burnGOtime we are bringing you TWO! That’s right TWO at home workouts.
