What is Yoga Burn?
A unique and challenging yoga-based Burn class that incorporates basic vinyasa yoga flows and postures into the Burn Method that you know and love! This class will provide a new and exciting opportunity to:
– Introduce clients that are new to yoga to basic vinyasa yoga postures & flows
– Challenge yourself by trying out various yoga postures & flows that are not typically included in Total Body Burn classes
– Strengthen an already established yoga practice
