A pumpkin spice smoothie that is actually good for you! Lets face it, most pumpkin flavored smoothies are really just glorified milk shakes, jam packed with sugar and artificial flavors. This smoothie is the real deal. High in potassium and beta carotene, with the addition of a homemade spice blend, it’s the perfect way to feed your pumpkin spice habit while nourishing your body.

Ingredients
· 1/2 frozen Banana
· 1/3 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree
· 1/3 cup almond milk
· 1/4 cup plain coconut yogurt
· 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (recipe below)
· 1/2–1 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
· 1/4 cup ice

Pumpkin Spice Blend
· 2 cinnamon sticks
· 8 cloves
· 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger
· 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Finely grind cloves and cinnamon sticks in spice grinder. Mix with ginger and nutmeg. Enjoy!

Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. If needed, adjust consistency by either adding more ice or milk. Sprinkle another pinch of the pumpkin spice mix for an extra kick!
