SALMON WITH AVOCADO SALSA
This super simple recipe can be thrown together in minutes, and packs a nutrition punch. Both the salmon and the avocado give you a great dose of healthy fats.

Ingredients
· 1 pound wild alaskan salmon
· 1 lemon
· Salt & pepper
· Paprika to taste

For Avocado Salsa
· 1 bunch lacinato kale, de-stemmed and julienned
· 1 avocado
· Juice a lime
· Half of a red onion diced
· 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
· Salt to taste

Steps
1. reheat oven to 350 degrees. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to salmon fillet.
2. Cook in oven for 10–12 minutes.
3. Combine the avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl and mix well, chill until ready to use.
