Week 6 of Cleanse Recipes

KALE AND FIG SALAD
This kale salad is served with a creamy avocado dressing that tones down the slightly bitter taste of kale. The figs add a burst of sweet flavor, while the hemp seeds provide you with some protein. !

Ingredients
· 1 head of kale
· juice of half a lemon
· pinch of real salt
· 1 tbsp olive oil
· 6–8 dried figs
· 2 tbsp hemp seeds
· 1/2 cup raw walnuts

Dressing:
· 1/2 avocado
· 3 tbsp olive oil
· 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
· juice of 1 lemon

Steps
1. Rinse kale, remove stems, and cut into small strips. Add lemon juice, salt, and olive oil and massage thoroughly with hands.
2. Place all the dressing ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined.
3. Chop up figs and pecans. Add those a long with the dressing to the salad.
