Week 2 of Cleanse Recipes

CHIA PUDDING
Chia pudding is great for people who are on the go in the morning with no time to prepare a breakfast. Simply mix the ingredients together the night before, and wake up to a nutritious grab and go meal.

Ingredients
· 3 tablespoons chia seeds
· 1 cup full fat canned organic coconut milk
· 1 tsp vanilla
· 1/2 tsp cinnamon
· 1 tsp raw honey
· 1/2 cup raspberries, or fruit topping of choice

Steps
1.Mix together chia seeds, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener in jar or tupperware.
2. Let it sit for a few hours so it thickens. I like to make mine at night and leave it in the fridge all night and enjoy it for breakfast in the morning.
3. Place raspberries on top and enjoy!
