December is upon us.  How did that happen so quickly?  Are you feeling just the tiniest bit overwhelmed?  Not to worry.  Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, we are challenging you to #BurnItOut this month.  What does that mean?  It means that this is the third and final month of #FallBackonBurn and we want you to take all of your holiday overwhelm and bring it to your workout.  Let your body take over as you challenge yourself to squat deeper, pick up your pace, step a little further away from the board and add just a few more burpees when your instructor starts to count down the seconds until you can stop. Seriously.  By pushing just a bit harder you will be able to let your endless list of things to do fade into the background while you Burn.  If you haven’t already, join the #FallBackonBurn Facebook group and connect with fellow classmates. I guarantee you will find lots of humor and support, and who couldn’t use more of that this Season?
