It’s time to shake off the craziness that was 2016, emerge from the post-holiday fog and come back to what keeps us healthy and strong- the consistency and community at Burn. We want you to start the New Year off right by committing to 21 days of Fitness with us. We’ve created different packages aimed at creating realistic yet challenging goals for each and every one of you, along with a FB group for support and motivation, and FREE nutrition tips. And, as a special bonus, we’ll be doing special Burn classes every week! M/W will classes will have a lower body emphasis and Tue/Thur will focus more on upper body. These classes will still have everything you LOVE about Burn with a focus more on upper and lower body blasts throughout the classes Make this Your year of Strength!
