Dear Burn Community,
Our Annual Summer of ickyrength Challenge is back! Starting Monday 4/18, we will challenge you to come to Burn 5 times a week for 6 weeks. Start your Summer feeling fit, healthy, and stronger than ever!

Because we believe that results and support are the best motivation, we will show you how to test your baseline strength and endurance levels at the beginning and end of the challenge and support each and every one of you each week with exclusive at-home videos, nutrition tips and recipes, weekly prizes, and motivation from your favorite trainers.

This challenge is NOT about getting “bikini ready” or obsessing over the numbers on a scale; it’s about challenging yourself to be strong and healthy. It’s free to join, and anyone can do it. All we ask is that you share this journey with friends, post on social media, and feel the love from your fellow challenge participants as you dig deep, push through, and rise up to a whole new level of fitness and health.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Join the 6weeks2Burn Facebook group
Step 2: Test your baseline strength/endurance/energy levels, snack on some yummy healthy treats from Perfect Bar, Square Bar and Zico coconut water, treat yourself to Bobbi Brown giveaways, and meet others in the group at the Launch Party at Market Street on 4/16 from 1–3pm. * If you can’t make the party, we will send you a video detailing how to test yourself at home.
Step 3: Come to 5 Burn classes/week
Step 4: Spread the word through Instagram with #6weeks2burn. We will be giving away prizes that will include: A facial from Beautified Skin and Wax, gift certificates from Diva International Salon, free classes, Burn gear, and a private Burn class for you and your friends each week to the person who posts and comes the most.
Step 5: At the end of the challenge, test your new baseline levels, compare to your first set, and be amazed and proud of how far you’ve come in just 6 weeks.
