To achieve this, each class provides a dynamic circuit of exercises that keep participants challenged, motivated, and focused. You’ll lengthen and tone your entire body with Pilates, torch calories and increase endurance through cardio drills, and you’ll become stronger and leaner with our functional strength training sets.
