I’ve been a regular Burn client for seven years and I continue to find the classes both challenging and fun! The instructors are fabulous and I feel great after my workout. Burn kept me fit throughout my pregnancy and it contributes immensely to my overall wellbeing. It’s as much a part of my daily morning routine as coffee!

When I started attending Burn regularly again in January, my main goal was to reach pre-baby weight and develop better eating habits. I’m now officially: 35 lbs lighter, almost 7 inches smaller around my waist, 3 full sizes smaller, 5 lbs away from my pre-baby weight (my kids are 6 and 4). Noticing serious definition in my arms and legs and serious tightening and lifting of my bum. More energetic, more confident, stronger, and sleeping better. Comfortable in a bikini (I wore one just this weekend on a camping trip).
